Packaging & Handling

All perishable items are carefully hand-packed using insulated materials and cold packs to maintain proper temperature during transit. Our goal is to preserve quality and freshness from our shop to your doorstep.

Shipping Times

We currently ship orders to arrive within 2–3 days from the time of dispatch. To maintain product safety, we only ship on select days to avoid weekend delays. Shipping days may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Note: We do not guarantee freshness for orders delayed beyond 3 days due to carrier issues. Please track your shipment and be available to receive it promptly. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery window, please call us. 

Perishable Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of our products, perishable meats are not guaranteed returnable or refundable, except in the case of damage or spoilage during the guaranteed delivery window. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
